As most products are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. Products that are in stock will be shipped within a week of order. Production times are longer from October to the end of December due to higher order volumes.
As a standard I deliver to Canada and the USA. If you would like delivery to another country let me know and I can price the shipment for you.
Shipping prices for North America are shown at time of purchase.
If you don’t receive your order within one week of the shipping date, please let me know so that I can work with Canada Post to track your product. On occasion items are lost in transit and if Canada Post determines they are at fault they will reimburse me the cost of the product and shipping. Once I receive their acknowledgement of fault I will produce and ship you a new product.
I am not responsible for missing products that Canada Post determines have been successfully delivered.
Please let me know if your product is damaged in transit. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product. Please send those to me when you notify me of the damage. If I determine that the damage is due to a product flaw I will provide you with a new one as soon as I am able to make and ship it to you. If it is due to mistreatment during the shipping process I will file a claim with Canada Post and work with you to resolve the issue and get you a replacement product.
